Boasting very few trees, this 3,347 yard course owes its name to a small stream which plunges overa waterfall towards the Sarthe. More generous than on the other courses, the fairways seem to be less demanding here, but don't be fooled. The undulating terrain and the many pot bunkers can add strokes to your score. A characteristic example is the 5th hole, a par 3 without any obvious obstacles but with a well-defended and steeply-sloping green. Make no mistake, La Cascade is a serious challenge!
